My wife and I would like to express our appreciation for all the help you provided in our search for a house when we moved from Richland, WA. Finding the type of house we needed in less than 10 days was not an accident- it was the result of a lot of work on your part before we arrived and continued night work on your part.

You started the search for us as soon as Cendant notified you when we planned to be in Charlotte. You called us immediately to introduce yourself and start the process. You and Judy started the process quickly and your use of e-mail to send information had my wife involved immediately- I didn't have to do much.

Our need for a first floor master bedroom, reasonably near uptown Charlotte, brick, nice neighborhood with covenants certainly narrowed the available houses, but you kept Judy busy looking until we found the house for us. However, you weren't dont there- you helped us through all the inspections and the last minute problems between the lender and the lawyers.

One facet of being a good realtor from a buyer's prospective is giving advice- you did that in a tactful way. You steered us away from a new housing area that was overbuilt and had problems. Now that I've been here 6 weeks I can see exactly what you were telling us was right on target. That service often goes unrecognized. I will recommend you to anyone I know who is in the market for a house. Thanks for all the help you have been.
